UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Please reference the links below for important and useful information when buying or selling a home in Surfside Homeowners Association.  This page is provided as information only.  Potential buyers and sellers should directly contact the business office to understand any requirements specific to their situation.

Services, Fees and Fines as of February 2024. These are current and take precedence over anything listed in the Operations Manual.

When a property is sold either the seller or buyer will pay a $662.00 fee to cover records review, and record updating.

Exceptions:
1. Any lot that has never been subject to Surfside Homeowners Association lot assessment fees and charges must pay the full development fee.
2. Any lot within the Beach Addition division are by individual contracts only.

Escrow checks are primarily done upon receipt of a payoff request from a title company.  In additional to ensuring the property is in compliance with the restrictive covenants, we note any outstanding fees or fines and the property transfer fee (standard items on title company forms). If a member informs us they are selling, we begin a “pre-check” of the property for any issues requiring resolution prior to the sale.

Members must submit all building plans using the appropriate form to the Architectural Committee (AC) for approval BEFORE construction begins (this includes houses, decks, fences, garages, sheds, greenhouses, etc.). Pacific County will not approve a build in Surfside without prior AC approval.  AC applications are located under the Other/Forms menu.
